...And Other Stuff!

Well, I just got back from seeing the afore mentioned movie and I have to say it was AWESOME! Personally I liked it better than the first one, there was more action sequences, more back story and the plot was well worked out.
I loved the scene when Sam is in his astronomy class (I wish I could read that fast) and a million other scenes, especially the Egypt stuff (though my mother was disappointed that 'the pyramids were made by aliens,' but I reassured her that only one of them was). Altogether the actors/actresses, cinematography, plot, locations and about a million other things made for a truly amazing movie.

Before the movie there was, yep you guessed it, previews. Personally I love previews, I love getting a glimpse of new movies. Anyway there was a preview for a movie directed by M. Night Shyamalan called The Last Airbender. Actually it was more of a teaser, not much was shown but it did have Aang doing some airbending(it was really convincing) and it mentioned some stuff about the Avatar but I wasn't really paying much attention. Anyway, it had me literally jumping in my seat from excitement, I know Shyamalan will do a good job because he may do weird movies most of the time but they're always awesome so I have high hopes for this movie and can't wait to see it.

On a side note concerning my last journal entry I survived D.C. (obviously) and I had lots of fun (excepting one of my annoying roommates, everyone on the trip was annoyed with her).
